Matsu no Ya (Tonkatsu restaurant)

tonkatsu,japanese food

Tonkatsu is deep fried pork dish. "Ton" measn pork, and "Katsu" means deep fry.Basically Tonkatsu is not unexpensive, therefore Tonkatsu is luxury dine for us.It costs about $15 to $20. In most case, rice, miso soup and tsukemonom is inclueded and unlimited!

We have Tonkatsu fast-food restaurant which is named "Matsu no Ya". We can eat tonkatsu much cheaper than at another restaurant.

Owing to a fast-food restaurant, we need to use vending machine to order and buy food ticket. He supports Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean. We can eat delicious Tonkatsu about $5!!!

There are two type of tonkatsu sauce and two salad dressing.

Here is the menu. They have not only pork also seafood and chicken.

I went to Akabane branch but you can google and easy to find matsu no ya. They have gooooood quality food :)
